Our clinicians see patients for General Practitioner (GP) / general appointments and for selected specialties listed on this page, including a urologist for private Urology consultations. Each visit is timed, priced, and focused on assessment within that appointment. We do not sell medicines on this website, we do not offer online diagnosis through the form, and we do not promise outcomes or recovery timelines.
Booking starts with a request: your name, phone number, preferred specialty, and a preferred time of day. A member of the practice team will contact you to agree a suitable slot. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment until we reply. Cancellations or changes should be made at least 48 hours in advance by email or phone.
Rivaelis is the name of this private practice. We are independent of the NHS. If you need emergency care, call 999 or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency department. For urgent but non-emergency advice outside our clinic hours, use local urgent care services as appropriate.

Yes. The listed amounts are the consultation fees for the appointment lengths shown, with VAT where applicable. Tests, imaging, procedures, medicines, and extra letters are not included and are arranged separately if needed.
Can I pay on this website?
No. This page is for information and booking requests only. Payment is arranged at the clinic or when your appointment is confirmed, by debit/credit card or bank transfer. Insurance can be discussed on request.
How do cancellations work?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 121 496 0834. If a prepayment was taken and you cancel in time, refunds are processed within 14 days. Late cancellations or non-attendance may mean a prepayment is not returned. Full details are in our Terms.
Do you have a urologist / men’s health specialist?
Yes. Rivaelis offers private Urology consultations with a urologist — £230 for an initial visit (35–45 minutes). Choose Urology on the booking form. This page does not provide online diagnosis.
Is Rivaelis part of the NHS?
No. Rivaelis is a private practice. Choosing a private consultation does not replace NHS services where you remain registered, and emergency care remains 999 / A&E.
What if I need urgent or emergency help?
If life or health is at immediate risk, call 999 or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency department. This website does not provide emergency triage or online diagnosis.
